We keep some of our management team in office till late every day due to the fact that our customers are from different time zones in the world. We also keep one member of management team available for few hours during our weekends i.e., Saturdays and Sundays for those of our international customers whose weekend starts on Friday and they work on Saturdays and Sundays.
